Shipping Policy

New Zealand and Australia

Yvonne Bennetti orders are sent via courier to ensure delivery direct to your door (unfortunately we do not ship to P.O Boxes).  All packages are targeted for delivery between 2-10 working days of order confirmation.
Yvonne Bennetti offers free tracked shipping on all orders New Zealand and Australia wide.

International

All international packages are sent via international economy courier with our delivery partner of choice. Yvonne Bennetti will inform you of these costs prior to dispatch.  All international deliveries are delivered door to door and require a signature upon delivery. Track and trace is also standard for all international deliveries.  All packages are targeted for deliver between 4-14 working days of order confirmation.
International shipping is free on all orders over $500 NZD.
For orders under $500 NZD a standard shipping rate of $90 will apply.

Delivery Delays

Here at Yvonne Bennetti we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, however the delivery times outlined above are approximate timeframes and we cannot accept responsibilities for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Covid-19, strikes, natural disasters, custom clearance or government enforcements).
